 BIG-1 on CACIB in Warszawa |
To participate in the dog shows – it’s really interesting, therefore our kennel try to take part in big dog shows not only in Baltic’s states, but also in other countries, where we have a possibility to compare our dogs with dogs from different breeding lines and to estimate our breeding program.
This time we took part in the International CACIB dog show in the capital of Poland Warszawa. Show was held from 10th to 12th of July and there were about 3000 dogs from whole Europe. Rings were judged by more than 20 experts from Poland, The Netherlands, Slovakia, Portugal and Croatia.
Kennel Baltic Beauty was represented by Cherokee and A Perfect Creation. The ring of white swiss shepherds was judged by expert from Poland Anna Kochan, there were 13 white shepherds all together, and 11 from them were origin from Poland.

Cherokee took part in champion ring, where he won his concurrent from Poland and became first one with PL CAC. Then expert choose Cherokee as best male from winners of intermediate, open and champion classes.
A Perfect Creation was together with two young females in Junior class, and also with the male – winner of Junior class for best junior title, this time A Perfect Creation was selected as class and JBOB winner.
So in competition for best of breed we got with two dogs, and this time the winner was our Cherokee! And he got the opportunity to represent all white shepherds in 1st FCI group.
And Cherokee again proofed that he is worth of and he can win not only in breed, but also in final competitions!
In 1st group, under the judgment of Andrzej Kazmierski (Poland), from almost 30 best shepherds in the show our Cherokee was chosen as the beautiful dog, got BIG-1 and the opportunity to represent 1st group in the Best In Show.
Victory in the BIG ring on such level show is the big result for our kennel. We hope, that Cherokee will go on to win more and more.
